Im not 100% sure when it started happening but for the past... id say... 5k miles i been noticing when i hit a bump or going over multiple small bumps in the road around 50+mph i notice after the initial "hop", as the truck descend it feels slippery? like my tires arent fully planted or something of that nature, could my suspension be shot already?

Are your sway bar end links in the right position? Are they loose? I wouldn't think your suspension is completely worn out on a 2021 Ram. Unless something is just faulty. But highly unlikely. I see you have the Hellwig sway bar, so I would start there. Any other suspension mods?

Just the sway bar, and ofc the tires. Will check the sway bar once im home later.

How thin is your tread? I know from past experience that when the tires are in the last quarter of life, though legal, they tend to slip and spin more, so it's not a stretch to think they may lose some grip when they're bouncing.

The treads are still good, i only got these tires for 8k brand new from shop

What’s your tire pressure at?
I had it at 42 PSI all around, with the fluctuation in the weather and etc id say theyre typically anywhere from 40-44 depending on how long i drive haha

You still on factory tires? Pressure seems a little high.

Mine felt like like crap with the stock rear springs/shocks and also the maxtrac springs/stock shocks. It wasn’t until I got a good shock that this issue went away. I’m officially saying it now: I don’t believe any part of the sway bar is your issue, and adding an aftermarket swaybar will not fix this issue.

Ah okay so I'm not tripping about this weird issue. Im assuming the eibach stage 1 fix your issue? I'm also looking to level my truck but I was planning on waiting for the carli system 😩

Yes, it did completely. I don't believe it was the stock springs as much as the shocks, but the eibach springs probably help a tiny bit. The eibach tech rep told me the spring rates and we compared it to stock (which were pretty close). That’s why I mentioned getting better rear shocks. The carli system would be pretty awesome and would most likely solve what you are describing well.

I agree with you as well that the factory shocks are too soft and something aftermarket would definitely be better. Once I get some money I want to upgrade.

First off, the 40psi in your calculator seems incorrect. Are you sure your door jam sticker doesn't indicate around 35psi for the tires?

The aftermarket sway bar, LT tires, and increased tire pressure have effectively stiffened your suspension. This would cause the "slipperyness" on bumps you describe.
Try reducing your tire pressure first. If that doesn't give you good results, move the swaybar links to a softer setting. If that doesn't work either, make peace with the fact that your new A/T tires aren't primarily designed for on-road handling.

My door jam says 40 psi for all 4 tires haha.

Yeah im going to reduce it tonight and double check it tomorrow when I commute

weird...my 2021 Rebel Crew Cab says 45psi rear and 55 psi front. I think these numbers are high but if I lower the pressure I get the TPMS dash light saying low pressure

The psi recommended depends on the tires/rating of the tire installed from the factory.

Each model comes with different tires.

Follow the recommended psi

Rebel is higher due to the tires they come with. I find my tires wear better if I run a couple psi below the recommended if empty and just above if towing or hauling heavy.

Wow I am dumb lol I could've swore this whole time my side sticker said 40... I just rechecked it today and it's actually 36... Guess i will be riding @ 38 and with the driving it should be at 40..
