Trying to decide between 275/60/20 and 285/60/20. I think I will end up with the Toyo AT3's. The big difference I am concerned about is that in the 285 sizes it requires LT. Not sure if I want LT because of the road noise, loss in some traction and heavier. My other question is I plan on using these tires in all 4 seasons. So would the bigger tire be a lot worse in the winter? Also not sure if I really require LT tires. I hall a boat a couple times a summer and occasionally use the bed, however never really hauling anywhere close to the max tow capacity. Was looking for some outside opinions on what would be better.

How about the A/T II Extreme? LT 285/55/R20? That's the size I had on my '17 Ram and they were awesome in the Canadian winter.
I think they'd be a bit quieter than the A/T III.
They're both great looking A/T's and don't see you going wrong.
