Tips to help with front strut removal

In a previous post I wrote about installing a RC 3.5” lift kit, but now I think I will remove it and go with a 2.5” leveling kit (2.5” front 1” rear) with new UCAs.

it was really hard to get the front struts installed. I followed all the instructions and have done this type of work before. I’m looking for any tips to make the front strut removal and installation easier.

Would a Mcpherson strut spring compressor help in this case?

Are you asking for tips on removing the strut from your truck, or disassembling the strut?
