Timing Chain Preventive Replacement?

Is there a recommended mileage at which the timing chain/belt should be changed for preventive purposes? Similarly for the fuel filter?

I have a 2019 1500 Limited 5.7L with 72,000 miles.

I have a 2019 RAM 1500 Limited with the V8 Hemi gas motor. Where is the fuel filter located and how often does it need to be replaced? I cannot seem to locate any info on it. Thanks
