Hello,
I apparently suck at phrasing search terms so if I somehow missed this in a previous post please link and forgive.
My '21 Limited 4x4 has a definite rhythmic thump/drum noise that seems to come from the rear half of the vehicle but is hard to localize so it may be from anywhere. It is a fast, maybe 2-3? 4? beats per second at 40+ mph, hard to tell if it is faster at higher speeds but it definitely goes away as soon as I shift to neutral while moving. It happens in 2wd and 4wd Auto, and I think in 4wdH but will verify that. I will see if I can capture in on a recording.
The sound seems have become louder in the past 6 months but I may just be paying more attention to it.
Any ideas? Something to have the dealer check out?
