Thinking about swapping my 2022 5.7 ETorque For A 2025 3.0SO

No problems at all with my 2025 Laramie. So much nicer than my Pacifica.
LOL.. I mean... what isn't?

But on another note as a recent (500 miles) 2025 ram owner I'm loving it. Keep an eye out for Deals. Got my Lonestar with the SO I6, limited slip, 3.55 rear end, sport package, Level 2 technology package. and such. no 360 cameras, but has all the other bells and whistles I want. Unless you MUST have leather and cooled seats. It's a pretty beast.

Why nobody warned me about all of the OTHER crap you end up wanting to get for your truck...

As the title suggests, I'm considering replacing my 2022 with a 2025 Rebel. I'm particularly dissatisfied with the Etorque's performance, and my frustration is compounded by the Uconnect system randomly displaying the ' Service Uconnect' box message. This issue persists despite RAM having replaced all the parts twice. I love the sound of the 5.7, especially after having installed the GT exhaust. I also added proximity entry, rain-sensing wipers, and a few other programming mods. I do wish I had adaptive cruise control, vented seats, and heated rear seats. Of course, a slightly better MPG would be beneficial too, but I'm not sure if the 3.0 is that much better, if at all.

I was working on a deal for a Tundra, but that fell through. When I really thought about it, the Ram interior was much nicer, and the 3.0 I test-drove was pretty nice, except for some funky slow-speed shifts that did worry me, considering how much I dislike my Etorque.

I'm not necessarily looking for advice; I'm just mulling over the two options. The 3.0 is new, and the bugs seem not to have been worked out. I have found a Rebel somewhat locally that has everything I would want in it, so there is that staring me in the face. Additionally, the dealer offers a relatively straightforward lifetime powertrain warranty. No unusual requirements that I see, such as needing to be serviced by them; just a licensed shop. I am the person responsible for performing the required maintenance as outlined in the manual, which is all that is necessary. If there is a warranty claim, and I am more than 50 miles away I can take it to any dealer for that claim. I'm not sure how the payment process works, so I will have to find that out. I was hoping the 2026 5.7 wouldn't include the eTorque, but alas, it does. What's a boy to do?
I just picked a 25 Rebel with 15k off msrp. I have owned a 19 Rebel, 22 TRX, 22 Raptor and now back in a Rebel with the I6 SO. No issues so far and the engine, I feel is better than the 5.7.
