Traded my Bronco for a 2019 RAM Longhorn. Love it so far but having Uconnect issues already. Coming here to see what i can do about it.

Some low hanging fruit:

-pull the negative on the battery for a bit and then hook it back up. occasionally it will act as a reset of sorts.

-You could follow through the radio options and do a factory reset

-Have the dealership check for/perform updates

-be sure what ever device your connecting is up to date.

It would also help to describe the issue(s) youre having so we have a better idea.

i don't think my 2019 has been updated in years if ever no issues here. i don't use sat radio and the updates don't update the maps so what's the point?
it can be updated without going to the stealership'
depending on the version it may take several updates in the order they were released PIA
