The little yellow pads on the factory tonneau cover

I am looking to see if anyone has found replacements for the yellow tonneau cover pads. Mine are worn to the point where the cover is super loose.

The dealership told me that they can't order just the pads (even though they are removable) and I would have to order a new clip assembly at $60+...just to get a 50 cent piece of rubber.

Any help would be appreciated..

put some rubber bumper pads under the shelf that the clips attach to.
