I have a 2019 Ram rebel, bone stock; oil and coolant temp always run around 210 to as high as 223 at most speeds, is this normal for a 5.7 hemi?

Yes, perfectly normal, up to 230F in everyday driving is normal for either. But in normal driving, coolant temp will typical stay around 220F, oil a bit higher. Heavy towing, it can get up to 270F for the oil temp, 255 for the coolant.

Modern engines like to stay in the 220F - 230F coolant range for the best mpg and emissions.

I've noticed even when I'm pushing the truck offroad, the temperatures do a pretty good job of staying in that range.

My truck typically runs at 206°. About a month ago it would get up to 225° and would spew coolant from under the radiator cap. Replaced the cap and temps have remained no higher than 206°.

Thank you all for the information. Can't remember my Ram megacab getting that warm.
