Technical info on remote start requested

Ok experts, does anyone more technical or detailed information on the criteria that must be met before the engine computer allows a remote start? Perhaps this is in the service manual. Some folks are having trouble with the system not allowing a remote start but allowing a regular manual start. It seems there might be a battery voltage threshold which is causing this condition. The 2021 owner's manual lists the following conditions but does not specify the exact voltage level, only that the battery has to be "at an acceptable charge level".

•  Gear selector in PARK
•  Doors closed
•  Hood closed
•  Hazard switch off
•  Brake switch inactive (brake pedal not pressed)
•  Battery at an acceptable charge level
•  PANIC button not pushed
•  Fuel meets minimum requirement
•  System not disabled from previous Remote Start event
•  Vehicle Security system not active
•  Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) is not
  illuminated
