TazerDT causing intermittent battery drain

Happened to me a couple times now. Go out to my truck after work or in the morning and find the battery completely dead. Ever since I removed the tazer it hasn’t happened. Also doing some research there are other people with tazers in jeeps and chargers having the same issue. Anyone else have this problem with the DT?

I do but they weren’t manually deployed when the battery died

I attributed my dead battery (3x in 2 months) to manually deploying bedsteps in ACC which supposedly leaves the dash lit up indefinitely. I now carry a battery jumper pack just in case.
