Tailgate Issue

Is anyone having issues with their electronic tailgate? Mine would not open when i would hit the remote button in the truck, on the tailgate or the remote. I would hear it click but it wouldnt come down. After a few times, I would literally have to push on the tailgate then it would come down. I brought it to the dealership and they claimed it needed greased, well obviously it didnt fix it.

Mine has also started doing it and to engage it I have to lift up on the tailgate slightly. It could either be my BedRug placement, or from my tonneau cover.
