Tailgate Cam Breakout to Dash Cam

Hey all, I have a new idea!
Since the tailgate camera reroute exists (https://infotainment.com/shop/exter...-view-mirror-backup-camera-image-reroute-kit/).
What about making a patch cable to go from the tailgate camera to the rear camera feed in a dash cam?
I know Wolfcam has a 4 pin connector for their rear camera, so I am asking them what the pinout is.
I hope it's just like the RCA to S-Video connection.
That should be an easy enough patch cable to make....
But I also want to figure out if it can be done for others....
