Tail lights on with drl in auto function

Have a 2023 ram 1500 tradesman it seems my tail lights are on no matter the light condition as if it is malfunctioning or has a fault. In the winter my headlights switch was replaced because it had broken. When it was broken it likely had a fail safe and put the lights on full time while the vehicle was running so im wondering if maybe something needs reset like disconnected battery and touch both cables together or if it something else, ive had the truck 7 months now and as far as i can remember its done this
