Tablet Holder Size?

Just curious, for the back seat, what's the width of the largest tablet or screen that fits in the opening:


I don't yet have one to measure, but I am planning to pick mine up from MD and that means it'll be a road trip coming home.

I've 3D printed tablet holders for quite a few members on here and Facebook. Fits in the cupholder, solidly holds the tablet with no bouncing/shaking.

$48 shipped USPS priority. Send me an email at [email protected] for more info. I make them to order out of black ABS plastic so it takes a couple days. I'm more expensive than Amazon, but they easily hold tablets the size of iPad Pros and Surface Pros. The one in my picture is my Surface Pro 2 or 3.

I did something like this to keep the kid entertained on long road trips. Works great and he can position it however he wants.

i actually forced my kid to put the screen down and have conversations with me when we went on trips. sounds crazy right......

I do still make them, and you can only have so many conversations with a 6 year old on a 10 hour trip. In my case it's trying to hold a coherent conversation with an 8, 6, and 4 year old at the same time. A movie is less stressful on everyone involved.

Absolutely true. I am personally against having screens in vehicle but when it comes to long drives, I find it that it is better to have something to keep the kids busy so wife and I can listen to music/podcast. Also, I am trying to bribe kids so that I can take Tungsten on our upcoming trip instead of the van, which is the default pick due to having built-in blu-ray player.
