Just to let ram 1500 bighorn people know on 10/11/2024 I switched out my front mopar 2 inch fox struts that dealer installed 67,000 miles ago( Fox mopar 2inch lift Part #77072424) because of a bad passenger strut with the Rough Country M1 leveling coilover struts. All I have to say is wow truck drives so much better and smoother. Truck height is 1/4 inch higher in front end. To all the people who think dealership will honor warranty since it is a mopar lift essentially with fox shocks and 7 year-999,000 mile warranty covers lift is wrong wrong wrong. I did all the leg work and contacted mopar mysef and they said if it does not come off assembly line with that part on it than its NOT covered. Fox wanted me to remove struts from coil and send out with a 10 day turnaround at $169.00 a strut to remanufacture it. No good for me since this is my daily driver. Rough Country comes with 3 year warranty and they will just send u a new coilover strut if their is an issue. Just wanted to let everyone know rough country M1 shocks i feel drive the same if not better than Fox 2.0 struts and they already come with the spring and strut set at 2inch.

Sucks, I'm in the same exact position. I'm thinking of putting it back to stock, using the saved struts and shocks. Kinda pissed they wouldn't cover it, that's the reason I went with Mopar to begin with. The dealer told me I would have the benefit of the extended Mopar warranty when they installed it. Another reason why I had them do the install.
Another reason to put the original back in to have a warranty until 7 years. Put the lift on at 9000 miles.

Have you not read your warranty? The warranty doesn’t cover where items struts are where items and 67,000 miles is a lot to ask of a strut. The reason to run the mopar lift is not to warranty the struts it’s to preserve the warranty on the drivetrain. Axles differentials transfer cases transmissions are all very expensive to replace when they’re out of warranty.

I believe Mopar sells a warranty for lifted vehicles....

You couldn't be more wrong.
Here's a list:
1. It's a "WEAR" item not a "WHERE" Item. So believe not only can I read I can spell too.
2. It just so happens I brought the truck in for a weird clunking noise and guess what, besides all front axels, differential, and upper ball joint "WEAR" items , (which are getting replaced),....
SO ARE THE COMPLETE STRUT AND COIL ASSEMBLIES . All under my wonderful extended warranty.
Just for the record the tech came out and spoke to me and explained that the axels are considered 'WEAR" items.

And he also noticed my exhaust manifolds are cracked too and they are getting replaced.

So the short answer is yes I did read it.
But more importantly I am EXTREMELY HAPPY I bought it.

That tech couldn't be more wrong.

Let me help you it is "AXLES" not "AXELS". 😁

You saw what i did there ....LOL I could not care less, they are covered. All I care about.
