Surrond system top view screen black

I have 2021 mega cab 2500 laramie with the 12 screen, i moved something in the car configuration and cannot get the Top view camaras to work, everything else works but the top view camara i did not uploaded my vehicle ID so i dont have the stock settings does anybody in here can guide me in the right direccion? I try doing callibration but no success.
