Sunroof and rear window leak?

Is the rear window leak in any way connected to the panoramic sunroof would you say?

I can't see the two being related...

No, Check the drain tubes for the roof.

Short answer, no they are not connected in any way.

The Sunroof has 4 drain tubes that go into the body of the truck, as long as they are clear, you should not have any leakage.

The Rear window and center brake light is usually the culprit, several threads on those issues
