Sun Visor Broken

Hello all,

My driver side sun visor just broke, again... I pulled it down, then went to move to my left side and felt the connecting rod jst give way. Now it just hangs there all loose and floppy. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have a more permanent fix? I don't really want to replace this every year....

Both visors broke on my 2022 1500 Laramie. Does the suggested product actually brace the visors enough to keep them from breaking again?
