Subs and Amps install please help

Hey everyone and anyone who can help, please advise. Here's my issue: I'm a proud owner of a new 2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn crew cab SST with the Alpine factory system. I'm trying to do a complete overhaul of the factory speakers by adding a new dash speaker, as well as new speakers for all four doors and subs. However, here's my problem: I'm being told that I will need a T-harness to complete my installation at one of my local car audio shops here in upstate SC. Here is a complete list of items I have already purchased.

@toejam - I bet that sounds real nice

I don't know how far that cheap LOC is going to get the OP - with all the $$$ spent on equipment that looks like the weak link (as opposed to an AmpPro or equivalent)
