I was gifted a 3/2 strut spacer set along with a set of UCA's. A buddy had them on his '19 for a short time but actually ended up lowering his truck because of his kiddos. My question is, since I am $0 invested at this point, should I invest in longer shocks or anything else to improve ride and/or reduce wear on everything?? Is there anything else to make a decent 3" lift setup?? Never owned a lifted truck before. Thanks in advance.

buy the proper coilovers. spacers are junk because they cause incorrect suspension geometry.
3" of lift will actually reduce suspension travel and makes the ride harsher (since... reduced travel) but here goes:
top tier: Thuren King/ Carli King (Performance Package)/ Off-the-shelf King/ Fox 2.5 DSC
mid tier: Carli Commuter Package, Ironman 4x4
bottom tier (as in, bare minimum): Bilstein 5100s

popular among people with insufficient seat times: RC
popular in the offroad community but running high risk of premature leaks and pin top sheering (aka, trash, in the professional opinion of this guy): icon vehicle dynamics

you can read why spacers are junk here:
you can also ready my impression of the Fox 2.5 system here:
