Strange static from front speaker at speed

So for the past week, I have noticed a very annoying “static” noise coming from the front right speaker. It only starts at about 35mph, and anything faster it stays there. Once I decelerate below 35 it goes away. Changing the volume in the radio, radio source, and even turning the radio off has no effect. Any suggestions?

Is there some sort of active noise cancelling that may be messed up?

Was thinking the same thing. Disconnect the amp under the drivers seat and see if that clears it up. If yes, then prob the ANC
