Well its been 8 weeks now waiting .. My Hemi E Torque 48V Motor Generator has been dead and still no parts available to fix it.. First they claimed it was battery, new battery installed, still dead, then claimed wasnt under warrenty, prove that a lie. Clearly states under 8 yr Emissions warrenty. Then refused a loaner.. Called Stellantis to complain and after 3 reps passed the buck, over multiple calls, a "cust CARE" rep emailed me [too cowardly to call me } and said no truck or warrenty claim or repair order exists so tuff luck? Sent him the RO # , the Warrenty claim # the parts order # and dates of 2 visits to dealer.. He now ignores my correspondences.. Called repeatedly, they take info and put me on hold and never come back.. On hold one time for 37 minutes, then was disconnected.. Called again, finally a rep said she would EXPEDITE parts .. yeah right.. still waiting.. I have owned 4 RAMs but there wont be a 5th.. Filed complaint with BBB and have a call into our AGs office.. My next step is hire attorney and file under our states Lemon Law for a refund and legal fees... This is unacceptable .. No wonder Ram is at the very bottom of customer service surveys.
