Hi, someone has problem with the rack and pinion? Because I have a rattle like the brake pedal. But is not the brake pedal. I can feel behind the steering wheel in bumpy road. My millage is 13,200. Can be the rack and pinion? I change the sway bar links.

see the info on the recall I posted for the sway bar links .. they need to be tightened to 68 ft lbs.
