Steering Noise in RAM 1500

I have an incredibly annoying noise that manifests as a creaking sound when the steering wheel is turned to the left. Dealer has lubed everything on the steering column. It manifests as a pretty bad rattle when you are at low speeds and rough roads. When I am under the dash it sounds as though it is coming from under the center console. I have no idea how the steering could cause that. I would really like to know if anyone has had a similar problem.

Mine like clicks when I turn the wheel sometimes but I haven’t gone further than that on inspection
