Stations not saving

I’ve seen a lot of posts about radio and Sirius not saving but need some help. I’ve had my 2019 Laramie for 2 weeks. When I program the stations they save for a few hours. I turn the truck off and come back and they are gone. I’ve spoken to the dealership 2 times and brought it in once. They thought a few tricks (deselecting set stations on Sirius) would fix it but so far it hasn’t. They are looking into a software update and said they’d call me back. Quite honestly, as nice as they are, I don’t have time to keep running back and forth to them when they haven’t resolved the problem. Has anyone been able to resolve this problem on their own??

Once I saved it the seat memory settings I have not had an issue...

save the seat memory! Meaning..........save all your stations and set your seat, then save those settings. They are all kinda linked to that memory setting.

sometimes I grab the wrong key and when I start the truck, none of my settings are there
