i have 2019 1500 5.7 when i use remote start it dies until i manually start it any clues?
 
There are some conditions where it will remote start then shut off quickly. Such as low fuel level active, low battery voltage, an active CEL, and I am sure others. I would say there is an alarm of some sort active on your truck.
