Removed the Spod out of the old truck prior to trading it. Figured might as well put it in the Rebel instead of it lying around and getting broken or growing legs and disappearing. Made some changes as far as mounting location from the install when it was in the 2500. Just waiting for ADD to release their bumpers and I can start to add some lighting and put this to good use. Had to space the computer off the mounting plate to accommodate the new bracket to mount the Spod brain. Last install I made a huge error and mounted the brain on the top of the fuse box which is why I made the bracket. Thank goodness for my buddy who taught me how to weld a few years ago.20180901_120221.jpg20180901_122421.jpg20180901_133714.jpg20180901_143003.jpg20180901_151829.jpg20180901_151837.jpg

Where did you get that Radar mount?

Nice work!

Finally the tinkering is making a presence on the forum! Love the mods people come up with... makes me want to turn a wrench now! 4 days till I get my leveling kit for my Rebel and I can stop being jealous of all the other garage guru's!

Nice! I'm holding out for a 6" lift so it'll be a while. Now onto the next project....

You gotta measure your rear view mirror stalk diameter. Easiest way is take a open ended wrench and keep trying to fit it around the stalk. Bam.

I know this is an old post but how'd you go about mounting the controller on the headliner? Also did you run the cable across then down the A piller?
