Splash Guard for Engine Bay

In a previous truck I owned there was a "splash guard" in the lower front of the engine bay. It was heavy plastic, but it did keep the bay a lot cleaner than without. When it did get full of junk I just hosed it out with a simple garden hose. I know there are skid plates available for the Rams. I passed on the whole set. Is there such a thing available as I am describing here. If so, does it interfere with the air dam? I don't go off road enough to require a skid plate. My other concern is the placement of the oil filter, it is already a little bit of a challenge, so I don't want to add it those issues. Anyone know of anything?
