Speedometer flutters

I have a 2019 Ram laramie 3500 and the digital speedmmeter will search for speeds between like 35 mph and 35.5 mph if the speed is not constant, will do this at any speed if the speed is not steady. The analog speedometer iworks just fine. Anyone else have this problem.

I see it happen a lot between 69 and 70 mph. Flashes back and forth between the two feverishly.
