Is there a specific cable I should be using for Android Auto? I've noticed every time the phone is plugged in, the Android auto would stop once a while, as if the cable is loose and disconnected from the phone, but you can see the phone is still being charged, I've tried with 3 different cables, one from Amazon, one factory Samsung, one random ones I found in my kids' room.

Might be your phone's port...might be too loose. Any data-transferring cable should work.

Been using the factory Samsung came with my Note10+ since day 1 without any problem.

Try using another OEM cable, I tried using an aftermarket cable on my oneplus 7pro and was experiencing same issue in my mustang. I was using an aftermarket cable so I switched to OEM cable and issue went away. I have been doing a lot research due to non connection media issue and found media ports frequently go bad also. In my case it was the radio

No issues with Anker cables for me. Type C on Oneplus 7T Pro
