Special Scheduling Condition VII on build sheets getting built

I've been looking at some build sheets and noticed "Special Scheduling Condition VII". Google says this means someone up the chain put a rush on the build. I'm asking Aaron at Mark Dodge about this but also wanted to know if anyone with built trucks noticed this on their build sheets and what kind of noise you made to get this (even if you didn't know it was done)

It was briefly discussed in one of 2022 order threads and it seems to mean nothing of importance.
