I have a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn that I bought in January. The previous owner definitely have subs and all in it since he left the wiring harnesses and everything in it. Sound never came out of the speakers for the first couple days till I brought back to dealership to see what the problem was. Turns out “apparently” the original harness was disconnected and they just had to plug it back in. Till now, the passenger door speaker and theater still works and sounds great, but the driver side speaker and theater don’t come on at all. Any thoughts on what it could be?

check the balance and fader options on the radio first verify that it is centered. did the dealer elaborate where this harness was that was unplugged? what option stereo do you have? base alpine or Harmon?

Probably the harness behind the screen.
Gotta pigtail in a adapter for the noise cancelling. Just my guess.
For OP., do you have a Alpine or Harmon Kardon? Or base?

I've seen some stereo shops pull the inputs for a converter off the amp under the driver seat. depending if you have the alpine/Harmon amp or the base system depends where you need to start checking.
