Spare sidewall dents

Getting ready to road trip and checking tire pressure all around. Dropped the spare for the first time and pressure was low (25psi) and there's 4 dents in the rubber where it abuts the frame under the truck. Any reason for concern? Pumped it up to 45psi and put it back. The rubber is intact, stands out a lot cause it's not dirty.

No concerns with that. If you had to use that spare it would ride rough until the tire warmed up and got back it's shape.
