I'm so upset,
Just got my truck 2 weeks ago,
I bought some 3d printed floormats and went to install them today and look what I found when I removed the original mat.

It looks like some took a box knife right through my carpet..

I'm so sad and annoyed right now :(

I bought the truck with carpet mats,. But I bought a set of the good weathertech ones and when I went to install them I removed the carpet mat and was like WTF is this big *** cut in my carpet.

So obviously someone from the dealership cut something too deep and was able to hide it when they put the carpet mat down

That sucks. Probably some knucklehead trying to take the plastic off the carpet. You should take it back to the dealer and see if you can get the carpet replaced under warranty. I would tell them the mats have never been out of the truck since you bought it.

Any good dealership will replace that without a hassle.

Man sorry to hear that. Hope you get it fixed soon.
