I have a 23 Ram 1500 Laramie today while driving on snowy roads i had it in 4 high, the tail end kept trying to spin around on me driving 30-35mph I have Falken Wildpeaks At4s with good tread. Thoughts?

I have push button 2wd, 4 auto, 4h and 4l
If you had in 4h it should not have tried to kick the rear around.
In 4 auto the truck decides when to apply torque to the front drive axle, therefore "some" rear wheel spin and sliding is most likely to happen before the front kicks in.

yes it was 4h ive never tried 4 auto, i run in in 2wd normally, only mods done to the truck is 2 inch level, still stock tire size.

Is your front axle maybe not engaging?
When I put my truck in 4h on snow and give it the "beans" The front and rear "dig in and pull", the truck might slide but I can tell that both axles are working.
edit: also used it on wet roads when launching from stop lights, engagement is obvious.

Any time I've had that happen on a 4WD truck it was the tires that caused it. I had the OEM Falken Wildpeaks on a 2020 Laramie and they worked great for me for one winter. I got rid of the truck before the next winter season so I can't say how well they work as they wear. When you say good tread, exactly what is your tread depth? Technically speaking, anything over 3/32" is considered "good" or legal tread. Tires loose effectiveness in snow with wear and your truck is at least two years old. How many miles are on it?

Put some weight in the back…
On my 2015 limited, even with brand new Goodyear Duratracs on it… you can still spin them up even in 4H.
Do you have locking rear axle? That’ll cause it to get sideways as well.
Put some weight back there.

I used to have this issue when I lived in NJ. Lock out a couple of the top gears. Your wheels want to go faster then the situation dictates.

They have less that 15k miles on them. 45k on the truck

I know on my truck, with the three different tires I have ran, when in 4 high driving in snow, I had to actively try to get it to spin the tires. Especially if traction control was on. If your rear end is walking out on you, and traction control isn't kicking the power to stop it, you have an issue with your 4wd and traction control/ESC system
