skid plate-fuel cell part numbers (26gal.).

Fuel cell skid plate i just bought pn (52029963AD) with these 9 bolts pn 6104390AA. I think i need part #18. See attached. My question is do i need #17 & 19 also. And what other hardware.

You ever figure this out? I know you need that bracket. Don't know about the cross members.
