Just here to vent, really - so thanks, to anyone in advance for listening/reading.

I love my truck, I really do. It has everything I would want (save for massage seats and hands-free driving/cruise control, but those are still not even factory options, yet - which I find odd in the hyper competitive 1/2 ton segment, but digress).

I’ve had exactly zero issues/dealership visits in the 3.5 years/60k miles I’ve owned it but all of a sudden within the last week I’ve had the headlight LED accent strips go out on me (not covered under warranty), found a non-repairable crack in my windshield (must be replaced) and now a CEL throwing P0456 code that I can’t clear requiring another trip to the dealer; the second in a week.

When it rains it pours, I suppose…thanks, for listening.

Yes, sometimes it all happens at one. Good luck with it. BTW, if you want hands free driving, comma AI works great with our trucks. Been hands free for a year and half and loving it.

That stinks - hopefully just a little flare-up of annoyances.
Modern trucks are no better than modern sports cars with the host of things that can go wrong.

My truck is about the same as yours - 2019 with ~ 50K miles on it and (knock wood) haven't had any issues since I got it new-to-me a little over 1 year ago, but I did get the Doug DeMuro level of Carmax warranty.

I too have a 19 Limited. Best vehicle I've ever owned in 64 trips around the sun. Have there been any hiccups? yes, couple really small ones, service throttle body light with sudden loss of power in the middle of a cross country trip, pulling my belongings, with wife and mother in law! (figured that one out though, Pedal Commander was fighting the transmission, pulled the Pedal commander roadside, and all was well after that). Leaking front window due to poor replacement install from previous owner, and a blank screen on reverse the day I picked up vehicle, soft reset fixed it. Sooooo...hang in there, and remember, there is no such thing as a guaranteed100% trouble free vehicle, no matter what you buy.

That is the reality of buying a fully loaded vehicle. The more high tech fancy systems that are added, the more to break. I also agree that they should have massaging seats before heated and cooled rear seat. About the only time anybody sits back there, is if family rides the one mile to the boat launch.

I'd be afraid I'd fall asleep on a road trip with massage seats. My kids love the heated rear seats. I just wish we all had vented... 1st world problems...

Sorry to hear about your issues... think we've all been there.

Those light assy`s are steep
You should see my windshield, one crack on the drivers side edge from top to bottom and seven hits from rocks that left good size craters.
Not replacing it until I have to.
P0456, small EVAP leak.
