Should I use alfa OBD with "plug and play" aftermarket LED headlights?

Hello. I'm not clear on this. I have a 22 Big horn with halogen headlights. If I install aftermarket LED headlights that are "plug and play" specifically for factory halogen trucks, should I then program alfa obd for LED headlights and LED front turn signals?

I installed a set of FORM headlights on my Bighorn with factory halogens, and I did not need to do anything other then plug them in. They have worked perfectly since day one with no programming changes needed.
