Shifting points

Hello, I have a 2020 ram 3500 cab and chassis it has hemi and 6 speed trans and 4x4. This is obviously a work truck but is not used for towing or heavy loads. Just long light weight loads I would have baught a lighter duty truck if I could have that would take a 12' flatbed. But that ofcourse is not an option. My question is and have not been able to get the dealer to respond to questions about if the transmission shift points can be re programed so at to not shift like it towing a 15000 pound trailer. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm certainly not able to answer this. However, if you reach out to one of the tuners (Green Diesel Engineering?), they may have the expertise to at least let you know if it's possible.
