Anyone else out there with Six Passenger Seating or do I have a rare bird?

I wouldn't call it rare, but it wasn't a popular option.

Yea very few. From my extensive search mainly chrome bumpers but not always would get the jumpseat and a few BTS. Even if you were trying to special order it a lot of packages wouldn't allow you to select a 6 seat configuration. Althought i love my center console and comes in very handy when getting fast food ets there are times i do miss and wish i had a jumpseat

It's funny most rams are 5 seaters, but chevys are mostly 6 at least around me. I never liked the 6 seaters, felt cheap.

I have six seats. 
doesn’t feel cheap at all. Most of the time it’s an arm rest and cup holder, with storage too.
Another feature that led me to buy my Bighorn over a Rebel.
Just not a big fan of the center console, but that’s just me. If it was a GT, then the center console makes sense.
Very nice being able to sit in front of the screen when removing it from the dash, that’s for sure.

I have a 6-seater Laramie Crew Cab with the 6'4" bed - definitely a rare find. I had a 2014 quad cab V6 that I replaced with a 2019 Crew Cab and didn't want to lose the longer bed so had to get a HEMI - found one on a dealer lot that had been sitting a few months and made a great deal (had the console). A couple years later I spotted a 2021 that was a cistom order that was never bought and had been on the lot for almost 3 months but this one had the 6 passenger seating. Did a dealer trade to my preferred dealer and got another smoking deal and decided I like the bench better than the console and it saves money!

You can relive your teenage years and have your girlfriend/wife sit right next to you with the 6-seater. I know some of you guys are still doing this.
