search offline

Bought this 2019 Ram 3 weeks ago. For the first 2 weeks the search bar operated properly, now when I search is says it is offline. Any body know how to reset it back to the online condition? Even the dealer I took it to didn’t know.

Same here, every time I go into the nav, and tap the search bar, it says searching offline. I swear it worked online before.

It’s never worked. There are numerous threads about this. They changed the wording in the update to no longer say online search. It now says search (places, reastraunts, points of interest)
