Screen went mostly dark - help!!

Started my truck today and most of the screen is black? I have the top and bottom task bar, but everything in the middle is dark. None of the controls on the bar work (home, music etc). Turning off the screen works and i get the time display. I let my truck sit for an hour hoping some magic would happen. Nope. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Thanks

It was suggested that I reset by holding down the two radio knobs for 10 seconds or more. I tried it and it worked!!! All better now!

I had this once. Reset didn’t work. The other option I did was turn off the truck off and open the door, Wait about 2-3 minutes for system to fully shutdown and start it back on. It should work if the reset doesn’t work.

Here’s another solution to try next time.

• Press the start button to ACC
• Buckle seat belt
• Left blinker on
• Honk horn three times in rapid succession
• Open/close center console once within three seconds
• Hold down on the horn for 10 seconds
• Start engine
• Drive like hell before the neighbors figure out what’s happening outside
