Screen just turns off and on

In my 2019 limited I have the long tall display screen, and from time to time it just turns off and reboots while I am driving. Why is that?

It's called the 12" screen. Sounds like it is hitting a bug and crashes. Search for an update on here and try updating it. Or take it to the dealer for them to update. Also, does it do it while running Android Auto or CarPlay? Or running some other app or is it completely random?

Mine does the same, lags then screen turns off. And also CarPlay needs reset once in a while. Updated/reset and it hasn’t happened again…yet…

it’s probably normal for all rams
