Have a 2021 Ram Limited with 12" screen. Bought new from dealer with an alarm installed by the dealer. Screen has started to not respond to any tactile input, freezing up. Taken it to two dealers, last visit STAR indicated it was the dealer installed alarm, which they claimed was aftermarket, so they wont fix.
Four calls to Customer Satisfaction (JOKE) and no progress.
