Rubber sleeves coming loose

Hey guys, I notice on my passenger side the rubber sleeve underneath the spring is lopsided

Would this cause any issue? Also is there a easy way to stuff it back in place or would I have to take apart the whole assembly 😩. Will attached some pics

Whoever installed the Bilstien 5100s probably didn't get it back together properly

So I got everything corrected but just saw this little thing, I think I just gotta pop it back ontop the thread of this screw right ? (Red circle onto blue)

Yes ,just push it back into that stud.
