Rubber seal stuck to rear window

I've had my 19 Laramie 3 weeks now, took a trip today and lowered the passenger rear window and when I went to put it back up it stopped with about 4'' to go and wouldn't go any higher with out me putting both of my hands on the glass and pushing up. Later I was looking at the glass and you could see a pie shaped piece of rubber stuck to the bottom of the glass. you could tell that when I help the glass up it kinda pealed the sticky rubber off leaving just the sticky on the glass. I took a razor blade and cleaned the sticky off and cycled the window several time with no problem. Has anyone ever had this problem? I'm concerned that I'll have a air leak or hear noise now that that piece of rubber is not where it is suppose to be.
