Rough idle and head lights/interior lights flickering

I just recently got a 2020 big horn 5.7 hemi and it's got a rough idle and the head lights and interior lights kinda flicker but not seeing nothing out or the normal on the battery gage anyone have any ideas what the issue could be in those?

Readings look good on the dash maybe it's been replaced before I got it could be wrong size you think?
