Had a rough country 3.5” lift installed. 20x9 Fuel Vapor wheels with 35x12.5 Ridge Grapplers.
So far the ride is good. I think the biggest difference is the tire weight, size and tread but I hated the stock bf Goodrich tires that came on the Laramie sport.

The front is definitely stiffer but nothing bothersome to me. The rid was so nice on these 5th gens I’d say it’s still better than my 2013 was. I was at “highway” speed today and it handled great.

I have a 2020 Rebel. Had RC 3.5 lift installed and used the RC rear shocks. Ride is definitely stiffer up front. Installed 1.5” wheel spacers which improved the ride and handling especially in cornering. Kept stock wheels and tires. Added a bed cover which increased weight in back giving me a little nose up look but not bad.

Did you both use the factory struts? I'm debating on the 3.5" kit, but pairing with their 2" leveling coilovers instead of taking apart the factory struts.

FYI, I used the factory Front Struts and had the RC shocks that came with the kit installed in the Rear. I was not happy with the ride or the nose high rake. It felt and looked like the rear was squatting some. purchased the 2 inch billet aluminum lift from Motofab for the rear and had it installed as well as the bilstien rear shocks put back on. My Truck is now level
And the ride is much closer to Factory ride/feel. The RC kit should include a 2 inch instead of the 1 inch rear lift. Readylift 3” comes with a 2 inch rear lift. It really made a big visible
Difference in the stance as well as the ride when I added the 2” lift to the rear as
Well as putting back on the Stock Bilstiens Shocks.
