RGB Controller Fuse Tap Question

I'm going to be retrofitting my headlights with some projectors, painting them, and adding some RGB halos. I ordered a very nice RGB controller but I can't figure out what fuse to tap for power. Does anyone have any suggestions where to power this controller?

2 fuses under the steering wheel you can use. I can confirm the numbers when I get home from work.
